This one was fun, and I'm really happy with the result :)

Didn't really like how my last attempt went, so am trying again, but aiming to be bolder and more dynamic this time...this is probably 1/3rd done

Time for a portrait...

... but not the human kind, not yet anyway.  This is about 20 minutes of effort so far, was all over the place for a start but is slowly taking shape...forgot how much I still have to learn about representing intricate 3D objects :S
