My second box canvas work...

This one was fun to paint - acrylics glaze really nicely, and it's so nice to be able to lay it on really wet without the paper buckling or pilling like I have to watch out for with watercolours.

I'm back! With my first acrylic too...

Finally underway with painting again now that I've settled into my new Wellington-based life. Tried something simple for my first acrylic painting - getting used to blending colours etc, which is what is fun about watercolour...
